The Chebogue Road from the intersection with the Wyman Road south for 8.5 kilometres to the Town of Yarmouth is among four provincial tenders for repaving being called by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal.
The other projects are as follows:
-- Cape Breton Regional Municipality: Trunk 4 from the intersection with Green Hill Road west for 7.9 kilometres to just after the intersection with Meadows Road.
-- Colchester County: two sections of Trunk 6. One from the intersection with Route 311 north for 2.5 kilometres. The other from east of Logan Road, at Bayhead, west for 3.4 kilometres toward the Colchester-Pictou county line.
-- Halifax Regional Municipality: Route 336, from the intersection with Route 224, for 9.7 kilometres to the Colchester County line.
All four tenders close on Thursday, Feb. 12.
